Why can't I put my bound online?

Hi,

I have created a bound for personal use (birthdayparty for my daughter).
But it won’t go online (when I try this it keeps saying I need a liscense to put the bound online).
But if I check the acounts, publishing is free in a personal account?

Please help me :slight_smile:
