Hi Admin,

I wasn’t able to access ActionBound website from 11.30am to 12nn on 31st Jan 2019. May I know whether that was an unscheduled system breakdown or scheduled system maintenance?

I’m asking this because I have a party next Saturday evening (23 Jan) and I’m planning to play a treasure hunt game with my friends. I need to know the chance of system down at that time so I can be prepared…

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you very much!

we had some technical issues on January 31st but we’ve sorted it out and your Bound should work just fine.

Hi Yiping,

it happens very rarely that our servers are down for a short time. There shouldn’t be a problem when you play next Saturday. If you really want to make sure, you can preload the Bound on your devices.

players can share their results on the official Bound-Page. There are also social media buttons so that the results can be shared via Twitter and Facebook.
