Hi!
For my birthday i’ve created a Treasure Hunt with music and video for my friends. Today i’ve tried to start a video with an iphone and the audio doesn’t work (only the video works). By the way, the audio of the mp3 (always on an Iphone) works very well. On an Android smartphone it works correctly. What’s the problem?

as the audio is working on the anroid device, this is a problem of the iphone. Please make sure the video or the iphone isn’t muted in any way.

No, the audio in the video doesn’t work, but with the mp3 file works very well. So i don’t know why. It’s an iphone 6.

have you also checked if the video player is muted? This player can be muted separately from the audio player.
