I’m having a problem with an Android 10.0 tablet with MT6580M hardware. The scanning rectangle isn’t appearing in the Actionbound app. The page remains black with only the red scanning line flashing. Scanning QR codes with third-party apps works fine.
Do you have any suggestions?

sorry to hear that you are having problems scanning QR codes with the Actionbound-app.
Have you tried, despite the lack of a scanning rectangle, if scanning QR codes works?
Normally, if problems occur, i.e. because of missing camera permission, the scanner does not open at all, rather than just not displaying the scanning rectangle.
