I was wondering if it possible that sound clips play automatically when the slide starts? So instead of having the click the play button, the MP3 plays by itself right away.

unfortunately it is not possible to have the files play automatically. Your players have to click the play button in order to start the media files.

Diese Funktion fände ich auch extrem nützlich… Gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit, Javascript einzubinden und so das Audio automatisch abzuspielen…?

wenn ein auto-play nötig ist, kannst du versuchen, die Audio-Datei über einen HTML-Player abzuspielen. HTML wird für den Bound-Creator offiziell nicht unterstützt (weshalb wir hierfür keinen Support leisten können), funktioniert in Einzelfällen aber.

Wie wäre dann der Pfad, um an die im Bound gespeicherte Sound Datei zu kommen?
Oder wird dies nicht möglich sein, und ich muss an eine zuvor im Web hochgeladene Datei Referenz machen (egal ob Sound, Bild oder andere Datei)?

Der Pfad ist die URL, die in den runden Klammern steht. Diese kannst du kopieren und in das html-Snippet einfügen.
