Maps loading on PC when creating a bound

Hi I want to start using AB on a subscription basis for schools and coucil work it look ace! BUT i’m losing faith because the app won’t load up on my phone just black and also the maps (open street view etc) wont load up on my pc chrome or IE please help! need to get it working by end of Wednesday many thanks Ray

deleted and reloaded app seems ok! just need to sort maps now
