Map not visible

We have been working on testing of the app with 2 routes and updating locations this week. We use the arrow function for navigation however when we click on the map in the menu bar, the blue dot for the users location and the black flag for the destination spot show - but only on a white screen. The streets and map details are not visible.

This is using Ipad 2 and iOS 9.2 - we don’t have the same the issues on our iPhones 5 and 6 using iOS 9.2. does anyone have any fixes for this as we want guests to try this using the iPad.

We have tired reinstalling the app for updates and this didn’t help.

I checked it on an iPad 4, an iPad Air and an iPad mini 2 with iOS 9 and couldn’t reproduce it. We’ll try to test it on an iPad 2 tomorrow.

We couldn’t reproduce the issue on an iPad 2. Are you sure you had a working internet connection during the test? Maps can’t be preloaded.
