Since you had a licence in the past that has expired, it would first need to be removed from your account before you can use your account privately and publish bounds again.
We can do that for you, but if we change your account from an EDU to a private account, the usage of Actionbound will be restricted for private purposes, such as birthday parties, family celebrations, etc. .
If you want to use Bounds in the EDU area again, you will need to renew your licence.
