Images and Animated Gifs

I have two questions:

  1. Is there a maximum file size for images to be used in your bound?
  2. Can you upload animated gifs? I have tried a small animated gif, and this seems to work. But anything bigger than 1MB seems to be too big (for animated gifs).

Hi beebons,

  1. there is no limitation regarding file sizes for images.
  2. gifs should work, no matter how big they are. If you have a problem with a specific gif, please mail it to me, so i can check what the problem is.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks much for your note. I have been able to upload one or two animated gifs, but most fail to upload… For example, I could upload a penguin and add it to my bound test:

but could not upload a sparkfun image (I’ll send it in my next response, since I cannot add images to this note.
Also, I cannot seem to add emojis… :frowning: :weary: :cry:
Is there a way to add emojis in the Actionbound Rich Text Editor…??

for emojis, you can use online lists to copy and paste, for example http://getemoji.com/.
