How to create a find a spot location with degrees, minutes, seconds instead of decimal degrees

please help, the typical settings on a cellphone gps/compass is degrees minutes seconds

Unfortunately we use decimal degrees only and there is no option to change this.
Please use a online tool to convert it into degrees minutes, seconds.
