The flexible feature is not working on the app and they have to do one task before another. How do we fix that?

it’s really hard to tell where the problem is without seeing the Bound. My guess is that you marked the stages as flexible in the settings but didn’t create stages in the Bound itself. Take a look at our manual to find out how to create stages.
