With search options, it would be nice to have a tally. Example: 14 bounds found with the word “Potsdam” in the title or description. Or 2 bounds found by the author “Marc’s Treasure Club” or 23 bounds found in Hertfordshire County, England.
It might be fun to tease people on the secret bounds search page by telling the user how many secret bounds are within 50 kilometers of their location.
Could we be able to combine criteria, like “top rated, English language, in the country of Germany.” ?
Could the Actionbound staff share their top picks in an Editor’s Choice category? Blog about the experience and how you decided to make it a top pick. At least one per month. Or is that what “verified bounds” are?
Could there be a “couples” bound? Maybe some bounds would be good choices for a couple to do while on a date. A directory or rating to highlight such bounds might increase the “fun to share” factor and encourage players to introduce the app to new people.
Maybe players could search for bounds with less than ten completions. Award badges or highlight a team biography on the website to those players that become known as the best. I envision players being notified via app and email that a new bound is published, then they rush to try to be the first, or the first ten, just for fun. But reward the players in some way. Interview them on your blog, share player bio on website, send them bumperstickers, give them coupons for merchandise (shirts, hats, etc). Got that in the works, right?
