Feature Request: Notes on multi-media submissions

Hi There

Just putting the final touches to a series of Bounds for use on a Field Trip with students next week.

In testing I’ve noticed (as I expected) that photos, videos and audio submissions stand on their own and you’re unable to add notes or labels to them to identify what they are of. This makes it difficult when posing a questions where students get the choice to take a photo of something of their choosing, or if they are choosing one of several options.

It would be really helpful if a label or title could be entered on submission of the artefact so that they (and we) can identify what they took a photo of, videoed or recorded audio for, later. Our students will be using collected artefacts for an assessment at a later date so being able to work out what they took photos of later down the line would be really helpful.

Thanks

Bryony

Hi Boyony,

thanks for your feedback. It’s a good idea to be able to add some information to the pictures. We will put it on our list.

Best regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel

Having looked from both the admin side and the user side, it might actually help if the summary of responses from the user, replicated the view that the admin can see where the questions are aligned with the responses.

I note the users view of their responses groups the multimedia at the top of the page and text responses at the bottom. This isn’t helpful when pairing up a photo with a particular question, however the admin view does get to see this view. Great if the views could be the same.

Thanks

Bryony
