I finished my bound but it doesn’t look like all my media is available? When I click ‚download media‘, the zip file only contains the most recent picture - all of the rest of the media is nowhere to be found.
How can I retrieve the rest of my photos, videos and voice recordings?

did you play your own Bound? In that case, please tell me the name of said Bound so I can have a look. If it’s not your own Bound, please send us an email via support@actionbound.com stating the name of the Bound, the approximate time you played it and the name you used.
