I used two of my Bounds last Friday and everyone had a great time. However, the ActionBound website still says that nobody has played those bounds yet and I really need to see those videos and pictures! Is something wrong? Is there a way to recover them?

I can see the trail bounds, but now that the bound is live, I see no results. Can you please assist?

Your Bound hasn´t been played yet since the publishing (since it went live). It has only been „tested“ and started with the „Test QR Code“.
Please scan the official QR Code on the Bound Dashboard to start your Bound. After you complete the Bound you will see the results on your result page.

thanks for the information! I know that it had been played by 1 person a week ago, and the results are not showing?
Does it have to do with the setting „public results“. That was (by default I assume) on hide results. Yesterday I changed that to publish, and now i see that one person played the bound today.
